Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

• Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
• Tags and hygiene stickers must remain attached.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, stains, or damage.
• Return items in the satin bag and black mailer box (the white gift box is yours to keep).

Important Reminder

• Wear your own underwear when trying on briefs or thongs.
• Do not remove tags or hygiene stickers until you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Refund or Store Credit

• Refunds or store credits are available (less the original shipping cost) if requested.
