I don't listen to that many podcasts (I know), but currently I have been listening to "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Joe Dispenza - a must read for everyone. I'm also currently in love which is magical, so mostly slow dancing to love songs, "Hey Google play the way you look tonight."
Who inspires you?
Female creatives who are changing the game. Emerald Fennell, Margot Robbie, Phoebe Waller Bridge, Emma Stone, all of my girlfriends, my mother (always and forever) and my sissy. My peers, Gemma, Maria, Lisa, COT, Catherine, Niki, Matty B, Tenika. I'm so grateful for these relationships that keep my dreams in the skies and my feet on the ground.
Worst moment of your career / biggest adversity you've had to overcome...
Declining the Neighbours reboot, only for the industry to then shut down for the better part of a year. But even though it felt scary and super uncomfortable at the time, hindsight is a beautiful thing. I can already see my hard work coming to fruition. Rome wasn't built in a day. Life is long.
Biggest pinch me moment...
I have them regularly when I'm on a set, it's likeI'm here, I'm doing it, it's happening, how lucky am I?!
How have you learned more about yourself as you grow and age and any insights you want to share?
EFT tapping has single handedly been the best thing I've done for myself. For someone who struggles to meditate in other ways this has been transformative for a little hot head like me. I give tapping 100 thumbs up.

A sexy top, lipstick, dancing, sweat, a bubble bath run by my love.
Freedom to me is…
Being able to pursue my heart's desires, it doesn't get much better than that.
